To me, texture is what makes life interesting.  

I’ve always been fascinated by natural architecture.  As a child, throughout the day I would feel the intricate surfaces of rocks and twigs in my pockets that I had collected. 

 Later in life, on a trip to the Costa Rican jungle, my tactile obsession developed into a desire to somehow wear texture.  This curiosity lit my passion for sculpting jewelry.

Every piece I make begins with a natural texture. Each piece is hand-carved, casted and finished in small batches in California.  I sculpt, metal-smith and finish all jewelry in my Los Angeles studio and castings are made in San Francisco.
